Yoga Bananas

Today I heard youth workers talking our need to stop teenagers feeling disenfranchised by society; our need to open up the communication lines between society and the young illiterati of today. Another youth worker said we need to grab children at 5 and 6 and teach them a way out of gang culture. But why just go back to 5 and 6? At the age of 5 and 6 the damage is already done. Criminality starts in the womb.....

So many opportunities are open to us to play the game of life a different way. The Yoga Bananas Teacher Training Course is structured, creative and empowering. It was born out of a desire for me to show that to go forward in our business lives we do not need to crush others. It is a business that wants to share knowledge and empower people in their quest to unite their passion for yoga with their passion for children.....

Sustainable measures need to be put in place to prevent ‘yob culture’ reproducing from generation to generation. Some radical education needs to be introduced into the lives of young people, something that teaches them the rewards of altruistic behaviour. Young people would greatly benefit from being reminded of the universal law of cause and effect: ‘what we reap is what we sow’.
